Instant Blood Borne Virus Testing
Matrix Diagnostics offers a range of instant blood borne virus testing products. Our tests are easy to use and only require a drop or two of finger stick whole blood to enable qualitative screen results in just 15 minutes. There is no need to submit dried blood spot samples to a laboratory for screening Hepatitis B Surface Antigen, Hepatitis C or HIV so therefore there is no delay in obtaining results and taking the most appropriate course of action.
Summary
- Step 1: Wipe finger with sterile wipe, and wait for it to dry
- Step 2: Use safety lancet on finger
- Step 3: Use pipette to obtain sample
- Step 4: Dispense relevant number of blood droplets onto sample well
- Step 5: Add relevant volume of diluent solution
- Step 6: Read results in fifteen minutes
